My husband and I were very pleased with Zicasso and the Travel company that we ultimately selected. They booked us in the most fabulous hotels, arranged for airfaire, and made excellent recommendations for individualized tours in Bali. We absolutely loved our tour guide and driver, who knew our travel agent on a first name basis! Bali was a beautiful destination and we enjoyed the trip of a lifetime.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We really enjoyed the in home cooking class in Bali, it was the most delicious food we ate during the entire trip. We loved both of the hotels we stayed in...the Ayana was 5 star all the way and we were treated like royalty. The Viceroy in Ubud was lovely as well and we can't wait to go back!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We probably wouldn't take the bike trip along Lake Batur again...even though the lake and surrounding villages were lovely, the terrain was really hilly and much too difficult for novice mountain bikers. Other than that, we would do everything the same!
