We had a trip of a lifetime. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and took two weeks to see Austria, Switzerland, Germany and France! A lot to try and accomplish in two weeks but your team did a great job of asking about our interest, goals of the trip, types of travelers we are etc..... and based on that we were able to work back and forth until we had exactly the trip what we wanted. All of the travel planning went flawless and we didn't have any problems with transportation, hotels or pre-arranged tours. Your team knew the right amount of time to plan for each leg of the trip and gave us the free time we asked for so we could go off and explore each destination on our own. We will certainly be using Zicasso to help with our next trip (and we have already started talking about it!). Thanks Chris and Steve

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Being high up in the Alps was for sure the highlight. We were blessed with great weather and the train ride to the top had spectacular views. Once to the top we were at the highest point in Europe (that we could go without putting on the climbing gear!). We also really enjoyed Salzburg. The old historic town still has all of its charm and we spent hours shopping and walking the old cobble streets.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Unfortunately the EURO soccer tournament was taking place the same time we were in Paris so all of the sights were very crowded. We did spend one day at Normandy and we both agreed if we were to do it over we would have rather spend two or even three days there visiting the old French villages and more of the D-Day history.
