Travel Review: Luxury Tour of India & Bhutan, Jaipur, New Delhi, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Camping, Camel Fair

We liked the travel company folks .They made two horrendous mistakes at the beginning   which certainly didn't get the trip off to a good start : took us to the airport for a plane whose flight time had changed ,so we missed it ,and obtained a visa to Bhutan with the wrong dates,so we couldn't go on the planned date !     So why did we like them ?  They tried very hard after the initial incidents and were clearly mortified by what had happened  .The owner came from Delhi to Bhutan to personally apologize ,and they did come up with a great itinerary .Their enthusiasm was appealing throughout . The driver was first class,a nice person and a very skilled technician [worth the choice of this company on his own ]. We had been to India about 10 times so we weren't the usual India traveler. They rose to the challenge with a trip away from the ordinary ,which we loved . By contrast, the other bidders for our business trotted out the usual suggestions which we could easily have done on our own . I really felt we had a customized trip not a preplanned one
