Our 12 day trip across Switzerland and Italy was absolutely amazing! Each day brought new excitement, views, and experiences, and we couldn't have asked for a better travel service than this company.

From initial planning stages, through to support/inquiries while travelling, the team was always accessible and doing their part to ensure our expectations were not only met, but exceeded.

Our agent and her team coordinated many important details of our trip, and they delivered every single time. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

One of the most enjoyable parts of our trip was our 2-day stay in Stresa, on Lake Maggiore. This region was one we had not heard of prior to working with our agent and her team. They recommended it as an alternative to a similar (but more expensive) place which we were interested in, and we were absolutely blown away. Stresa was beautiful, full of rich history and culture, and unbelievable food. Our agent and her team planned a full-day tour to the islands on the lake for us that was unforgettable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

If we could take our trip again, we would have chosen to stay one extra day in Stresa.

Also, we would've chosen not to do the driving tour throughout the Amalfi Coast - we stayed in Positano which was fantastic; however, the drives along the coast are intense and extremely time consuming! We would've rather chosen either to visit region only one town (I.e. Sorrento OR Amalfi), or eliminated this excursion altogether, since the drive from the Naples airport to our hotel in Positano was more than enough of a driving tour in itself.
