We had a FANTASTIC trip to Italy and Switzerland!! This travel company was EXCELLENT in every way. They provided a detailed itinerary with pictures of our hotels, maps of which trains to take, names of our personal tour guides, phone numbers of everyone. They were with us every step of the way across Italy and Switzerland, keeping in contact if necessary via email or phone, and answering any questions we had along the way.

I give them the HIGHEST recommendation!!!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It was all enjoyable. Seeing the sun rising on the Matterhorn from the balcony of our hotel room in Zermatt is something we will never, ever, forget!! The Glacier Express, the Vatican, St Peter's Basilica, The Last Supper painting, the Colisseum, the Tower in Pisa, the view of the Reuss River and Mt. Pilatus from our balcony in Lucerne...it was all memorable.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Nothing. It was terrific.
