Travel Review: Luxury Trip to New Zealand, Wellington, Christchurch, Nelson, Napier, Mt Cooke, Doubtful Sound, Maori Culture

This travel agent provided us with the absolutely perfect trip for our 2 weeks while in New Zealand.  I had originally discussed with our agent that because we only had 2 weeks to travel, we wanted to see the most of both islands but try and not feel rushed or exhausted from the travel. 

She put together the most perfect way to see the most of New Zealand and we and our friends loved every minute of it.  All of our hotels were in walking distance to each city and we were able to walk, hike and see the area so easily.

We started in the North Island to learn about the Maori people and then made stops in Napier, Nelson, Mount Cooke, Christ Church and Queenstown on the South Island.  We were able to hike at Mount Cooke and also spend one night in Doubtful Sound in the fiords on a small ship and enjoyed all the activities she had outlined for us.  We had 2 to 3 nights almost everywhere and this allowed us to explore each area in our free time.  Our agent had arranged for great guides to instruct us in most areas where needed and they were all friendly and knowledgeable. 

I don't think we could have ever had a better opportunity and trip with anyone else.  This travel agent and her staff were perfect in every way!  We highly recommend this travel company and will definitely use them again when we take our children and grand children to New Zealand in a few years.
