Travel Review: Luxury Trip to Thailand, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, River Kwai, Elephant Experience, Cooking Lesson

Just returned from a fabulous two week journey in Hong Kong and Thailand. This was a big journey for us as we had never been and knew little about Thailand. We found Zicasso via Google search, which put us in touch with this travel agent and one other reputable agency.  Normally we geek out on TripAdvisor reviews to ensure we are going with a good firm, but a phone call with this agent clearly showed his responsiveness, knowledge and experience. A follow up request to Zicasso provided us with other user reviews that were all glowing. Our travel agent planned the adventure of a lifetime, hooking us up with amazing private guides, an incredible itinerary and handling flights, handholding through customs, drivers, tours, restaurants and put us up in the best rooms at the best hotels. We could have never planned a trip this successful on our own. He met us at our Bangkok hotel on arrival and gave us even more pointers.
