Our travel agents and everyone at this company was terrific. They listened to what we wanted, put together a great itinerary, adjusted it as requested.

We had a GREAT trip to Japan. This was our 2nd Zicasso experience - both superb!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

LOVED Hakone and the Ryocan experience.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We are planning on taking this trip again, likely in Fall of 2020. We'll forgo the private guided tours (now that we got a sense of the cities). I didn't understand how popular the Gilhbi Studio Museum was, so we were unable to get tickets for this (for us) must see attraction. We'll fix that next time.

I would definitely spend a couple of more days in Hakone region.
