Travel Review: New Zealand Vacation, Hobbiton, Glowworm Caves

Our trip was simply marvelous! We greatly enjoyed the variety of activities that was scheduled for us, as well as the much-needed down-time every few days. The activities we requested were all included in our custom-built vacation, as well as a few others, aligned to our interests that we did not know to request. All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion (especially considering our agent was in another country from our home with a significant time difference and all communication was through email to save on phone costs) and our agent was happy to work with us on every detail. She sent us plenty of helpful information before we asked for it, and answered every conceivable question we could come up with in a professional manner. Our reservations and transport were very well-done: scheduled well with our events, and everything we needed to board each mode of transport was in our travel documents that were emailed to us. Everywhere we went we received excellent treatment and the venues were all exceptionally friendly.
