Travel Review: Peru Vacation, Machu Picchu, White Water Rafting, Weaving Communities, 9-Day Trip

This was one of the best trips that I have been on. I took my 12 year old daughter too and she had a blast. Everything from the tour guide, driver, hotels, restaurants, activities and sites were top notch.  Before traveling to Peru, I had researched packages with other companies but I decided to go with our travel specialist because she was personable as well as US bonded and I enjoyed her suggestions for excursions and pricing.  The tour guide was a living encyclopedia about Peru and its history.  The tour guide spent a lot of time with us going to the various sites and explained the history.  The tour guide spoke English and  she was educated in the university there in Peru.  The hotels were all centrally located and were clean. The weaving communities we went to were simply amazing. Don’t buy the stuff on the streets,  makes sure to save your money until you get to the weaving community. We had an absolute fabulous time and would like to take another trip with our travel specialist and her company again!
