Travel Review: Portugal Vacation, Porto, Sintra, Evora, Douro Valley, 10-Day Trip

Our travel specialist and her staff were perfect!  Our flight arrived into Lisbon significantly later than planned however she was there to greet us with a smile with our paperwork and train tickets.  The following morning our guide met us exactly on time at our hotel.  He was very kind in accepting that my travel companion has an issue with her ankles so he tailored our walking tour to suit her needs. After three days with our guide we were delivered to the main train station by another guide who assisted by carrying our bags into the station and ensured that we were directed to the right track.  The train journey was pleasant and we were met in Porto by another representative who brought us to our hotel.  We enjoyed our port and wine tastings and overall had a very nice time in Porto and the Duoro Valley.
The hotels that were recommended in Lisbon and Porto.  Both hotels were in excellent locations.  Our preferred hotel was the one in Lisbon - large airy rooms and incredibly friendly staff.  We loved that hotel and are so happy to have stayed there.
