This travel agent was very professional. There were a few challenges (as expected for a 3 week tour) that my agent and his team in the local foreign destinations handled quickly. I always say it's not the problem, but how it is addressed.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

I enjoyed Paris and Berlin more than I thought I would. Paris was more beautiful than I expected and the people were very friendly. It turned out that I was in Berlin during the Festival of Lights, which is a festival where laser light shows are projected on historical sites all over the city. It was beautiful.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would not try to see 7 countries in 21 days. The trip moved too fast in and out of some cities.
