Zicasso's contact in Vietnam was awesome! They designed a totally custom tour for me with a focus on art, history, authentic experiences, and local food. They took care of everything for me, booking hotels, drivers, tour guides, and even prepared my visa documents. Their local guides were incredibly knowledgable. I wanted to upgrade my flights to business class and my hotels to 5 star and they happily obliged, always checking in to make sure I was happy and getting what I needed and wanted. Having this travel agent take care of everything for me was such a blessing, allowing me to simply enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again when I come to beautiful Vietnam.
