Travel Review: South Africa Safari, Cape Town, Kruger National Park, Wine Tasting

This Africa safari travel agency has been such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end!  It's been a lifelong dream of mine to go to Africa and experience Safari. I reached out to the company when the idea of this trip was still a dream. My agent was so patient and informative on crafting a trip of a lifetime. She set up a call with my to better understand how my husband and I like to travel, what we like to do and the types of places we like to stay. Since this is a trip I had been dreaming about for as long as I can remember and because of that I was very particular with how it was planned. Our representatives were extremely accommodating and sent me plenty of options to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with our itinerary and accommodated my  ever changing mind. They were extremely prompt in making any changes I requested and always made sure I was comfortable and happy. After our trip had been fully planned we had an unfortunate family emergency that potentially would impact our trip. They went above and beyond to make necessary changes to our itinerary to ensure we would still be able to take the trip. Overall I can't say enough good things about my experience working with them. They hit a home run with all accommodations they suggested and the entire trip from start to finish was SO seamless. Not one hiccup! Both my husband and I said this was the best trip we have EVER taken and can't imagine anything ever topping it and this company contributed to a large part of that! This was a life changing trip and I'm so thankful we were able to work with such wonderful people who made my dreams come true!
