Travel Review: Southeast Asia Tour, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Hanoi, Bangkok, Ninh, Binh, Tam Coc, Halong Bay

This travel agency was the first company to respond to my request. They were prompt in asking for my ideas and goals for my trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. We must have reworked my itinerary a dozen times. All of the hotels and eco-lodges they suggested were well reviewed by trip adviser. I changed a few of the choices, but they took care of that gladly. Many of the responses were within 12-24 hours which is amazing considering the time differences.  Their service was so good and the price so seemingly fair that i did not compare agencies and just went with them from the start.

Our trip went off like clockwork. We were met at each airport by our guide and dropped off right on time. We had great guides and drivers. The cars were all new and comfortable. It took a bit to get used to the accents, but our guides were pretty good in English. The small restaurants that they had booked were all clean and comfortable. If the waiters didn't speak English the guides were helpful in ordering and knowledgeable on the specialties of the house. As we arrived in Hanoi right after a typhoon some of our plans had to be altered. The transition went smoothly and we had great experiences.

I can only give this travel agency an A+. I can't imagine a more responsive company with fair pricing and great support. I would not use anyone else.
