Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

We enjoyed an amazing two weeks in Spain. Our travel agency customized a trip for us based on our interests and preferences. Everything was seamless. The guides provided were educated, personable, and knowledgeable. The drivers were great. Except for one property, the accommodations were incredible. Our travel agency was extremely responsive to our concerns with the room, provided us with a partial refund, and upgraded our room at another property.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

Everything was great - we visited Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, Cordoba, Sevilla, Ronda, and Granada. We were particularly interested in Jewish history - we learned so much.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

We arrived in Madrid from the United States on a Sunday morning and did not sleep that much on the plane. On Monday morning, we took an early train to Segovia. I think it would have been wise to take a later train because of the time difference, but it worked out fine.
