Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our Italy family vacation was a trip of a lifetime. We took our children ages 20, 21 and 22 and everyone was happy. The travel company was great. We had travel vouchers for our activities and not having to stand in the queue for museums and other things was great. Also, paying for our trip before we went felt like it was free once we got to Italy!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The trip was tailor-made for us. Everywhere we went was perfect-the perfect place to stay, the perfect itinerary, the perfect scenery.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I wouldn't change a thing and I plan on recommending both Zicasso and this Italy travel agency to anyone who is planning to travel.
