The mainstream tourist activities, e.g, Kuranda, seemed stale. While very well organized, no one seemed to be having a good time.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am disappointed that you did not feel that we deserved a 5-star review. I understand that you had some minor issues with your guide in Sydney and the driver who drove you to Wolgan Valley. Regarding the change of flight, we are at the mercy of the airlines and their ever-changing flight schedules and sometimes we have to react accordingly. In your case, the tickets we booked for your Cairns-Queenstown flight were non-refundable, so when we advised you of the new very early morning flight time, you asked us to revise the order of your itinerary to avoid this particular flight. In order to do this, after coordinating changes in hotel reservations we purchased new tickets for you at our expense. While this is something we did ‘behind the scenes’, and did not inform you of at the time, it should give you an idea of the care and effort we make to ensure your trip goes as smoothly as possible when the unexpected happens.
