Travel Review: Tour of Australia & New Zealand, Sydney, Nelson, Cairns, Hamilton Island, Brisbane, Uluru, Milford Sound, Mt Cook

This travel agent and her team provided exceptional service from end to end of our trip.   Their attention to detail in planning, and fine tuning our itinerary to our desires, to selecting top notch tour guides and providers, to wishing us safe travels home, we could have not asked for more from this company.

Let me provide a bit more detail.  Our agent provided us with one on one service.  Something that is unusual in our experience.  She took the time to get to know us, our desires, build a plan . . . And then fine tune it based on our feedback.  Second, she and her team selected carefully selected and reviewed guides, hotels and providers.  Not one of them was below 5 stars.  Third, they had a final call a few weeks prior to our departure outlining what to expect on our arrival, current weather conditions, emergency phone numbers, etc..  Finally, when we arrived at our first hotel all our paperwork, visas, vouchers and final itinerary were waiting for us.  It didn’t stop there though.  Along the course of our trip we heard from the travel company to validate we had arrived safely and received our paperwork.  The travel company provided an outstanding experience and we will recommend them every time to those we know traveling to the Down Under.
