Travel Review: Tour of Austria & Germany, Salzburg, Munich, Oberammergau, Lake Konigsee, Rhine River, Hiking, Local Food

I had never used a travel company for vacations before, because to be frank, I usually plan amazing vacations on my own. However I was very quickly overwhelmed with the many different must see locations in Germany and the logistics. Which is why I turned to Zicasso. A day after submitting my inquiry, I was contacted by this travel agent who talked to me for quite awhile, getting to my my personality and my husband’s along with our varied interests to try to create an itinerary for us. From there it was pure magic. The intinerary that she created was wonderful and so detailed but she gave us complete control to change whatever we wanted. It took all the stress away knowing that experts had stayed at every hotel, restaurant that we were going to.. and that they could guide us to where people spoke English. They handled all of our travel arrangements after we booked our flight. When arriving in Munich, we had a beautiful bound book waitIng for us in our hotel room along with a German iPhone we could use to stay in contact with them when we had questions and to use their data plan. It was a very important detail that took out quite a bit of stress regarding traveling in a foreign country. Our rental car was delivered straight to our hotel and from there we just follwed the itinerary for a fantastic vacation. 

I was a little concerned about wiring the money months ahead of time, but I had nothing to worry about. They are professional through and through and gave us the best vacation of our lives.
