If I were to rate this travel agency on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I definitely would rate them an ELEVEN! Seriously.

From the start of our correspondence to the planning of the itinerary that had to be revised not once but thrice to the negotiation of costs, the owner of the travel agency was a delight to deal with. She was so patient and understanding. She really tried her best to accommodate all my requests given the parameters of the budget that she had to work with. 

The hotels that we were billeted in were not only strategically located, they had very good accommodations, very nice hotel people too. 

And the tour guides and driver that were assigned to us? They're the best! My wife and I didn't feel like we were on a guided tour, it felt more like we went on a European trip with friends, good friends. Allow me to acknowledge them: our guide in Prague, our driver in Prague who drove us all the way to Vienna, our guide in Cesky Krumlov, our guide in Vienna, and our guide in Budapest. Wonderful people, these guys.
