Excellent. Their responses to any question was quick and to the point. Whenever there was a problem, they were right there to fix them. I have the impression they really care, which is a rare thing in this day and age. I will use them again.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

River trip.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I will ask for six star hotels. I chose the cheaper option. They were all good clean decent hotels, but I wished I spent more and stayed in palaces. My travel agency gave me clear choices, so it is not their fault. I am regretting I tried to save pennies.
