Use a different agency.  Put a day of non-walking activity in the middle of the trip to allow my legs to rest.

Thank you for your feedback on our services. We were happy to read you so much enjoyed the accommodations and locations we suggested for your itinerary. Sorry for some of the issues you encountered but will try to explain as best I can what transpired. As we discussed leading up to the trip, Karlovy Vary is not one of our regular overnight
destinations. Having said that our contacts and services there are not at the level of the other regular destinations we offer so this could have contributed to the problems. However since you were set on overnighting there we did our best to accommodate you. As you know your losing the local cell phone we provided led to some of the
difficulties you encountered as the phone is an integral part of our service. Nevertheless we did not charge you for this as is our normal policy for lost phones.

You are completely correct that the driver from Karlovy Vary to Cesky Krumlov arrived a day early which was our scheduling mistake. However we did rearrange for the driver to come the next day and covered this extra cost with no questions asked so this hopefully did not disrupt or affect your trip in anyway since they did arrive as planned. As
detailed in your feedback we never did included a transfer in Karlovy Vary. Actually as you now know there was not even driving access to the hotel we provided so the transfer was not an option anyway. That is why the driver suggested the meeting point at the other hotel nearby to yours so he could pick you up directly. While for the drop
off in Cesky Krumlov we did discuss this with the driver and he admitted dropping you off at the hotel but fortunately he realized his mistake quickly and was back to pick you up within 5 minutes so there should not have been more than a 10 minute delay in total.

Hopefully this clear things up as certainly we could have better prepared you for the access of your hotel in Karlovy Vary. Fortunately this was the only real mistake you encountered during the trip that could not be corrected so I hope that this alone did not put a damper on the experience of what otherwise sounded like a successful trip.
