I would try to go to cloud forest and spend more time on the cruise.

While we were sincerely delighted that the traveler experienced an overall satisfying trip to the Galapagos Islands, we do not think the deduction of one star from the traveler's evaluation should be interpreted as any reflection on our company. 

The traveler's concern about having spent an entire day entire day on his flight back from the islands to Quito was due to an unforeseeable delay on the part of the airline – not because of any organizational or informational deficiency on the part of our company. The interruption of an airline’s operation is an element that cannot be anticipated by our company or any other company.

It should also be noted that the traveler did not raise this issue directly with our guide who assisted him at the airport or in his communications with our company through WhatsApp. Otherwise, as the travel specialist in Ecuador, we would have immediately come to the Quito airport to explain the situation to the traveler in person and express our regrets for his having been inconvenienced.

We remain gratified with the traveler's evaluation of his experience as having been a “well-designed trip" organized by our company. We hope to see the traveler back to our beautiful country in the near future.
