I would research the hotels better - one we stayed in was really out of the way from everything we wanted to do. I would also double check our itinerary multiple times to confirm all travel was correct. I would also get an international driving permit to avoid issues with the rental car company.

We contacted the traveler regarding her comments about the hotel's location, the rental car, and her trip. It was discussed and a refund was given for the airport transportation due to a different airport departure location being booked by the client. The client also did not book a rental car through our agency and an international driving permit is not required in Ireland or the UK. Overall, she really enjoyed her trip and expressed being grateful for our assistance!
