Travel Review: Tour of England, Italy & France, Paris, Rome, Venice

Excellent! The trip was an all girl trip with my twin teenage daughters. We weren't very clear on which cities and places to visit, so they presented us with various options and recommendations according to our interests. We went up and down with changes and they were always very attentive and helpful. Everything was very well planned and organized, the hotels and pickup transfer where perfect. We didn't make it on time to one of the tours because of a delay on a previous tour and they refunded the money immediately. I contacted them several times during the trip with several questions and even a personal emergency and they always responded quickly and helpfully. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I most certainly recommend thes travel planners and will be contacting them for our next trip.
