Travel Review: Tour of Germany, Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Berlin Wall Memorial, Orchestra Performance

We worked with this travel agency to plan our trip to Germany which occurred starting on 6/13/17 and ending on 6/23/17. In the course of planning we talked to our agent by phone and answered a questionnaire that helped us establish our preferences and priorities.  Using these communications as a guide, they went to work making recommendations and reservations for us and keeping us informed of their progress.  The whole process was a great pleasure and very helpful to us.  

We were met at the airport in Berlin by a driver as we left the arrival area and at the hotel we were presented with a beautifully packaged final schedule replete with all relevant tickets and instructions.  We chose to use only  three guides during part days, but found them personable, informed, flexible and attentive to our wishes.  In addition we were able to call our agent on several occasions using the portable phone provided with the final schedule.  All of this gave us the confidence to travel by train between cities and use public transportation within cities.  In summary, I cannot praise this travel company highly enough.
