Travel Review: Tour of Italy & France

I was tasked with planning an Italian river boat trip for a friend and her sister. My friend is 95 and her sister is 81. I had used Zicasso for a trip to Peru which was fabulous so I went immediately to Zicasso for this trip. 

 I was contacted by this travel agent.  I explained to him what I was looking for ,who was going  etc.  This travel agent was excellent at responding and offering a number of options. He made great suggestions with consideration of the age of my friends.

At each and every stage of the planning , he was so attentive to details .He would bring issues to my attention that I was not even thinking about. I truly felt that I had a personal travel agent ..just concerned with my trip ! I booked the trip for May!

In November ,my friend who is 95 fell and broke her hip. She recovered OK but now had some mobility /endurance issues. I emailed the travel agent with this new info and he responded with assurances that she would be well taken care of, allowed to go or stay on the boat  when tours were planned etc. He also asked me if it would be OK if he changed their accommodations from one hotel to another that would better accommodate my friend's mobility issue. He upgraded the hotel at no extra charge. My friend turned 95 while on this trip and I asked if possible             ( I would pay) to have a birthday cake at the dinner on her birthday. Of course ,he said ..no charge!

   I can not say enough good things about this travel agent.

He is truly a gem and a gift to anyone who wants  carefree travel! I have recommended him to all my friends !
