This travel agent was fantastic! Any tiny glitches we encountered were handled professionally and immediately! He was always available to us for any questions or additions we chose to make to our itinerary! The tour guides he provided were superb! We would highly recommend his agency to anyone!

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The private tours of each of our destination cities! The guides were very knowledgeable and super friendly. We went at our own pace but saw everything we were promised and more! We were promised once in a lifetime experiences and our travel agency and our agent delivered!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Pack lighter, hahahaha! Seriously, other than wishing for more time, this trip was amazing! we have a great many memories that will last a lifetime! Already planning our next adventure with the Zicasso family of agencies.
