Travel Review: Tour of Italy, Germany, and Austria, Munich, Venice

The trip was great and they did a great job especially setting up all the transfers between locations. Our agent did a great job being available whenever we needed her in the planning process as well as while we were on vacation, including answering the phone once when it was 2 or 3 AM her time when there was something that came up at a hotel we were staying at.
