 When we contacted Zicasso to plan our first trip to Italy, we were referred to this travel company. Our travel agent, the owner of this company,contacted us by email and we began giving her our ideas, places we definitely wanted to visit and our trip length and budget. Our travel agent provided us with Itineraries and suggestions. She was so patient with us as we worked to put together our ideal trip. Our itinerary to visit Rome, Florence and the Feltre/Pedavena area unfolded perfectly. The guides brought excitement to our sightseeing. They were knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to give us the best experiences. Our drivers were excellent, getting us to our destinations on time, ensuring we were on the right "platform", and often providing translation and restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed a wonderful trip full of history, Italian culture, art, food, and the pleasure of meeting so many friendly people in our travels. We highly recomend this company and our trip planner.
