Working with the ladies at this travel agent was truly a delight. They were there every step of the way from the initial planning of our 3 week trip to Australia and New Zealand, to some changes we needed to make during our trip. Absolutely everything came off without a hitch. Every driver showed up on time and was a total professional. We loved every hotel and every side trip. From the very beginning I felt like our agent "got me". She listened to what I wanted in a trip, made great suggestions and really heard me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

It's hard to say what was a favorite as we loved everything and Australia was so different than New Zealand. I only wished we had more time! Diving the Great Barrier Reef was a long time bucket list item that i thoroughly enjoyed. Our hotel in Sydney was beyond fabulous with the panoramic view of the bridge and opera house, and we adored Kanagroo Island--which I had never heard of before our agent suggested it.

In New Zealand the highlight was Nelson and Queenstown with its unparalleled beauty.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would probably go to New Zealand first and given the amount of time we had, perhaps skipped the north island as we really only had one day there. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening wine tour with progressive dinner in Napier, but think we could have skipped it to spend an extra day in Sydney and Queenstown.
