Travel Review: Tour of New Zealand & Australia, Melbourne, Adelaide, Kangaroo Island, Phillip Island, Milford Sound

When planning what started out as a 2 week Australia adventure we looked at all the various standard tour packages and could not find one that matched all our interests.  Knowing the time it would take to travel from Cleveland, OH we decided to add New Zealand in case we never got back there again.  We looked for options to customize our travel plans and were so thankful to have stumbled on the Zicasso website and ultimately be connected with this travel agent.  He listened to what our interests were and worked with us to create an amazing itinerary.  We stayed in 11 cities (6 in Australia, 5 in New Zealand) over 25 days at a pace that worked with our travel style.  As our itinerary grew our agent was there to make recommendations and adjustments where needed.  He selected a variety of accommodations, transportation styles and pre-selected tours that added to the experience.  Three weeks prior to our departure, he patiently took the time to go over our schedule via a WebEx to be sure we understood where and when we needed to be each day.  We only had one excursion cancelled during our journey due to weather and our agent promptly made sure we received our refund.
