They were fantastic! Every detail was planned and we loved the idea that we got to meet our destination manager once we arrived at the hotel. The package she provided (small souvenirs, itinerary, small mobile phone) was invaluable. The tour guides the travel company provided were fun, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The drive between cities and towns and not having my father getting too stressed.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I may not necessarily have a tour planned for everyday on our next holiday. The tours were GREAT, don't get me wrong, but having a few mornings where we don't have a tour scheduled can be a valuable experience as well.
