Daniela with this Italy travel agency paid attention to every last detail of our trip--transfers, tickets, private tour guides. Everything went so smoothly. She contacted us when she found out about a strike in Florence and changed our tickets for the museums so that we wouldn’t miss anything. We felt like she was traveling with us--she saved us time, money and the hassles that can sometimes pop up when traveling internationally.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We loved being a part of the Palio race in Sienna. Daniela arranged for us to view the event from a tower and even have dinner with one of the contradas after the celebration. It was absolutely an amazing experience--truly unforgettable. We adored the private cooking class that Daniela arranged for us with Fabio in Rome--our children are still talking about it! Cinque Terre was stunning. Each hotel was beautiful and unique. The entire trip was delicious!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

Plan more time for Chinque Terre--what a treat! Next time we will visit Venice during non-peak tourist times.
