Our travel agency did a great job.  They developed a thorough understanding of our interests and needs, to produce a very good itinerary.  There were no glitches.  Every tour guide was on time, on date.  Every reservation -trains, rental cars, hotels, B&B's, etc. - was timely and correct.  In short, no surprises.  The trip met our every expectation.
