Absolutely nothing! The service was incredible. We were given a cell phone to use for local calls or to contact the Argentina Rep, Andrea. My husband had a meeting in Buenos Aires the first week of our trip. Andrea offered the use of the agency cell phone, even though that part of the trip wasn't planned by them. When we returned to Buenos Aires on our way home, Andrea offered the use of the town car to do some more sightseeing. We never expected this bonus! I have recommended this Argentina travel company to my family and friends. I also plan to use Zicasso for all future trip planning.
