This travel agency is a super organized, efficient company.  The team at this travel agency are extremely nice, knowledgeable and ready to help out or give suggestions.  All hotels booked were top quality and the staffs were very attentive, especially when they realized that this company booked the hotel for us. It seems that this travel agency has earned an excellent reputation in a very competitive market.

This travel agency supplies clients with an iphone and a beautiful book with the particular itinerary, maps and vouchers for the trips and special activities requested.  All extremely well organized.  Some people are hesitant about this travel agency because the payment for the trip needs to be issued well in advance, before a final itinerary and hotel reservations can me made. However, this is necessary for the travel agency to secure reservations without being penalized for cancellations.  So for us pre-payment was a reasonable request.  The cost of a trip via this travel agency may be more costly than with other companies.  However, after checking other companies, we realized that albeit more costly, it is not a big difference and the personal attention that one gets from this company is hard to top. We were two people traveling and the cost of the trip was not that much higher than the cost of companies booking 20-40 people traveling together.

In addition, the the travel agency's guides in the different cities were superb.  Nice, attentive, respectful and knowledgeable.  Their knowledge was evident not only by their description of a place or an historical event, but by the answers we got to our questions.  The guides made a difference in how we viewed a city. We modified the original itinerary presented by this company at the very beginning and they helped us tailor an itinerary that would work for us.
