Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

The trip was lovely, but I thought the travel company was rather basic. I wouldn't recommend their services. I've had better service and experiences with other travel companies.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

The resort in Sayan is my new favorite property in the world -- our stay there was absolutely incredible!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would've done the planning myself. I don't see any particular value in going through this service. In fact, based on my experience with this travel agency, I wouldn't bother with Zicasso again.

We are pleased that these travelers enjoyed their trip to Bali, and were happy with the accommodations that we recommended and included in their itinerary. We are especially pleased that the Sayan resort is now a favorite, as they are a special partner and favorite of ours as well.

During the planning process, we arranged the trip according to the client wishes, with accommodation geared for scuba diving and relaxation; gourmet food experiences; and transfer services. As there was a focus on relaxation, our services did not include other activities (besides scuba diving), and was intentionally arranged with some flexibility with the transfer timing and open days. We understand that this structure seemed rather simple/basic, however there was a good amount of behind-the-scenes work to ensure that all arrangements and logistics would work smoothly in the end.

We take all feedback seriously and constructively, and are evaluating the level and value of information that we provide as part of the booking process for a trip to Bali. This evaluation includes ensuring our local partners in Bali add any extra touches that we can provide during the trip to make the experience extra special.

Zicasso partners are known for their high level of customer service, advanced knowledge of their respective destinations, and attention to detail. We encourage these travelers to test out the other travel specialist partners, as we are sure the experience will meet and exceed their expectations.
