Travel Review: Vacation in New Zealand & Fiji

travel times to the airport- I would double check.

Also, nights when I was only in a hotel briefly, I would opt for a cheaper hotel.

We apologize for the mix up with the transfer, at the time of booking the transfer was confirmed at2:30pm for a 5:30pm flight, which would allow for a 2 hour check in. As we didn't book your flights, we missed the updated flight time as for any flight changes when we book the flights we automatically receive an alert in our systems which we in turn amend the transfers accordingly.  We were so pleased to hear that Air New Zealand immediately booked you on the next flight and you were able to depart 2 hours later.
