Very professional staff: The trip planners. 
They got back to each email in a timely manner, and never came off "pushy", and even when I was late in getting back to them (because I was traveling and unable to plan my vacation), they still accommodated any requests. 
They worked with my budget, and allowed me to pick and chose parts of the tour.  It really made the whole process easier, I relied on them for certain parts of my trip and took the reigns on other parts.
They organized everything and mailed it over to me before my vacation.  I am pretty Type A and I was impressed with their organization.  They even set up a phone call to go over the vacation flow. I felt really taken care during my vacation planning and actual vacation.
