Marcus was a thoughtful and very educated travel agent. He put together a great trip for us.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

We had a great tour guide in Istanbul who provided an amazing historical and cultural introduction to the city.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

I would ask for more details about what's specifically included in the price of my trip. We had first class handling (in-airport handling, transfers, etc.), which was not necessary. Several of the services were superfluous but I didn't know what we would get ahead of the trip. I would push for a more thorough price breakdown.

Our agency provides clients with a detailed, line item proposal spelling out what is and is not included in the overall package cost. All of the services the traveler contracts for are specified in detail, as was the case for this traveler. Our clients can absolutely choose to leave off services, and this traveler did so, removing a hotel stay in Istanbul that he booked with points.
Once again we are pleased our overall services were a success with this traveler and his family, as they are with the vast majority of our clients, and we are confident our products are a good overall value.
