Buy the London City Pass instead of individual tickets

choose different hop on -  hop off tour provider - ours didn't have as many stops and not as friendly/frequent pick ups

1. In reply to the comment about offering more insights and suggestions:

At our company, we are now featuring a By-Your-Side-Service app for our travelers to download before they depart so that they have their travel documents at their fingertips along with access to all of our recommendations on tours, places to eat, flight information/updates, and many more features. This is also information we can provide to our clients before downloading the app on a request basis. We encourage all of our travelers to utilize their personal Travel Specialist as much as possible through the planning process and after the trip is booked to truly get the best experience possible though we will always check in along the way. I worked diligently with you regarding changes due to items booked by you that didn't work with the original itinerary confirmed and tour recommendations.

2. In reply to the comment about the hotel in London:

Our company keeps an updated list of preferred hotels in London city. With London being very large, the traveler can request a particular area they would like to stay in otherwise our company will make the best selection possible based on when they book their trip and when they are scheduled to travel. Restaurants of all cuisines are located throughout the city and we urge our clients to use their Travel Specialist for recommendations on places to eat based on what type of food they like or ask their hotel directly if we cannot recommend a place in the immediate area they are in. 

3. In reply to the comment about the London Pass:

I suggested to the client to not purchase the London Pass as it didn't make sense for the limited time they were in London city (two full days). There is a lot to see and do in London so the timing doesn't always work out in a big city to make the cost of the London Pass worth it. Our company no longer pre-books the London Pass as we found it promotes a very rushed itinerary.
