Thank you for preparing such an excellent trip to Egypt for us.
It was better than we had hoped.
Being on an individual tour allowed us to go at our own pace (not being herded to the next location) and ask more questions on sites or scenes that piqued our interest.
We especially appreciated our guide as our Egyptologist because of his knowledge of each of the archeological sites, his welcoming demeanor, and clear explanations of the history of each site and the meaning of various elements of each temple, tomb, or museum. His knowledge of local sites and eateries provided an insight into the local conditions and an appreciation of real Egyptians and their daily lives. Our guide's discussion of the changes since the 2011 Arab Spring and his insights into the Nile's importance to the local economy and farming was eye opening.
The temples and tombs were better and more extensive than I had realized with so many excellent carvings and images. We captured over 5,000 exceptional images on the trip. It has been hard to choose which to share with friends and family since so many superb shots. We ended up sharing over 1,000 images from our trip.
Your tour was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure and worth every dollar invested.
Thank you again for such a wonderful trip, handling any and all interactions with government officials, hotel registrations, government permissions, and taking care of our every need during our 15 days in Egypt.
