This travel company set up an excellent itinerary for our trip to Southeast Asia.  It had the proper pacing, good guides overall, organized air flights within Asia, and hotels that met expectations.  Minor criticisms include: (1) 2 of the guides did not speak English that well, making understanding them difficult at times, and (2) I believe the final itinerary should have been submitted more promptly as we were leading up to our departure date.  I had to contact the company to ask for it.  I am sure it would have come, but better communication would have made it more of a 5 star experience.  The itinerary was delivered by e mail.  Although satisfactory, a nicer process would have a hard copy manual sent to us, as I have received from other travel companies.  I was impressed that one of the owners of the company came out to meet us when we were in Cambodia, to get some feedback from us.
