We just got back from 2 weeks in Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.  I needed a custom trip built because I wanted to ski for a couple of days in the Swiss Alps, then move on to see other countries.  I came upon Zicasso  through a web search.  From day 1, our agent was amazing.  I gave him our budget and he put together our trip of a lifetime.  He has lived and traveled extensively in Europe and had many contacts.  Every hotel we stayed in was clean and comfortable.  Every driver and tour guide was on time, friendly, and knowlegable.  I would recommend this travel agent to anyone, and we will definitely book through Zicasso again in the future.
