The trip planner from the travel agency made our trip perfect. He worked with us to create a custom itinerary providing a great balance of seizing the opportunities Thailand provides along with some downtime for self-exploration. 

Our planner knew Thailand very, very well being able to make comparisons between cities, excursions, and hotels to ensure we'd get the most out of our trip. He was very responsive throughout the planning process and provided a seamless travel experience allowing us to focus on vacationing and new life experiences. Additionally, the local guides, our guide in Bangkok, and our guide in Chiang Mai, both went above and beyond to make local food and outing recommendations along with even letting us customize our guided tours. They were both very knowledgeable, fun, and our guide in Chiang Mai even went out of the way to book us a Thai massage in person upon our asking.
