Good question. Personally, I would have skipped Phuket and Phi Phi island. I found them dirty and the traffic made that feeling worst. I didn't like the beach resort in Phuket. It felt like public housing. Phi Phi was beautiful from off shore but as you got closer, the island amnesties are a disgrace. 
I also didn't love the Mekong delta tour in Vietnam. Long car ride to see a dirty river.
