Your overall comments on the trip and the travel company:

Our travel consultant was extremely prompt in her responses, provided useful concise information and was really friendly.

Our agent was able to work magic within our budget and make our trip possible yet incorporating everything we wanted to do like safaris, shark cage diving etc. I think she had to work on our itinerary 4 times before we finalised it and each time she was most accommodating and prompt.

We sourced for other travel agent quotes and found this travel agency the most value for money - some agent even told us the budget we had in mind was not possible for 15D14N but our travel agency delivered and provided an experience WAY BEYOND our expectation and we can't be more pleased with the trip, especially the accommodations.

The accommodations were just out of this world and so luxurious which was a surprise to us as we had a set budget and wasn't expecting the "moon" but it was luxurious, amazing and we had the loveliest time!

Our travel agency provided us with comprehensive information, and lots of useful information, kept in contact with us through our 15D to make sure all was fine. Overall, we were most impressed with this company and will definitely use them again for our next trip back to Africa :)

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?

One of our accommodation kept surprising us with sweet thoughtful surprises. First, they offered us an alternative to the usual restaurant lunch but suggesting a picnic... they figured we are an active couple so they arranged for us to cycle to the water, provided kayaks for us to row to our picnic site and there we found the loveliest picnic lunch set up for us under an overhang in the rocks! it was such a fantastic experience!

Then on our 3rd night, they arranged a private candlelight dinner for us the Herb Garden under the stars. The service and food, coupled with the loveliest atmosphere made it the most romantic dinner for us :)

We couldnt believe how blessed we were to receive such lovely treatment and even more unbelievable, at no extra cost. We informed our consultant about it, thanking her as we suspected that it was probably her doing... turned out she indeed arranged it for us! :) so that was most thoughtful and the sweetest gesture which really made it so special.

And the best accommodation was at Savanna - the safaris were incredible, the staff the warmest friendliest bunch and the lodge was just mind-blowing!!!

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?

nothing actually. we only wish we had a little more time in the beautiful continent of Africa - it truly has so much to offer :)
