Our representative at this Safari tour company did an excellent job in helping us plan our trip.  She put together a wonderful itinerary that met our requests and exceeded our expectations.  She also worked with us to help do everything we wanted to do and stay within our budget.  She was available via email and phone during our trip. It gave us both a piece of mind to know we had a contact should issues arise. She had prompt responses (even on Sundays) and quick solutions to the few problems we encountered.  We would highly recommend this company to our family and friends.
